International orders:
At the moment, we accept orders from / deliver to: Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Your invoicing address must be in one of these countries.
Prices:
Prices on our website are in Euro and without the VAT (=Value Added Tax).
If your invoicing address is in Finland, VAT is added to your order. If you are ordering from the Baltic States and provide a valid VAT ID at checkout, VAT will not be added.
For magazine subscriptions and books the VAT is 10%, for all other products the VAT is 24%.
Payment methods:
- The only payment method currently available is an invoice (bank transfer). If you wish to pick up your order at our showroom in Helsinki, you can also pay by cash or credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).
- The invoice is in the currency EURO and includes details for the bank transfer (IBAN and SWIFT codes). Please note, that your bank may charge you a service fee for an international bank transfer.
Delivery times:
- Once we have processed your order, you will be e-mailed an invoice for the order. At this point we will also confirm the delivery time. You can still cancel the order if the delivery time does not match your needs. Usually the deliveries take 1 week from the time we receive your payment.
Shipping costs:
- Deliveries to Finland are charged at a flat rate of € 7,00 + VAT / order. Orders over € 700,00 are eligible for free shipping.
- Deliveries to the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) are charged at a flat rate of € 17,00 / order. Orders over € 700,00 are eligible free shipping.
- Pantone –replacement pages and swatchcards are delivered directly from the Pantone warehouse in Germany and are charged at a flat rate of € 17,00 per order.
- Magazine subscription prices include groundmail shipping.
- You may also pick up your order from our showroom in Helsinki, Finland. In this case there are no delivery charges. Please note, that the showroom is open by appointment only.
Returns:
- Please note, that due to the informational nature of our products, all orders are binding. Only products with manufacturing flaws can be returned. If you receive a defected product, please contact us as soon as possible.
