To which countries do we ship?
We currently accept orders from all EU countries plus Norway and Iceland. Unfortunately we cannot ship outside these areas. Our main market is Finland, so shipping costs to other countries are different - see below.
Shipping costs - Finland
Deliveries to Finland are charged depending on the delivery method at either € 6,00 or € 8,00 or € 12,00 per order. The price will be shown when you add an item to your shopping cart. Orders above 500 euros are delivered to a Finnish Smartpost pickup point free of charge.
Magazine subscription prices include shipping to Finland, EU-countries, Norway and Iceland.
Pantone–replacement pages and Swatchcards are charged at a flat shipping & handling rate of € 20,00 (+ VAT when applicable) per order.
You may also pick up your order from our showroom in Helsinki, Finland. In this case there are no delivery charges. Please note, that the showroom is open by appointment only.
Shipping costs - other areas: EU-countries, Norway & Iceland
Deliveries to all other countries are charged at a flat rate of € 18,00 per order.
Orders over € 700,00 are eligible free shipping.
Pantone–replacement pages and Swatchcards are charged at a flat shipping & handling rate of € 18,00 (+ VAT when applicable) per order.
Magazine subscription prices include shipping to EU-countries, Norway and Iceland.
Prices on our website are in Euro and are shown with and without the VAT (=Value Added Tax). As our store is based in Finland, the Finnish VAT regulation applies – at the moment the general VAT rate is 24% for most products. Magazines and their subscriptions are subject to a discounted VAT rate of 10%.
You may pay by card or we will invoice you (business customers only) and then deliver the goods. We can also send e-invoices to companies in Finland. Our general payment term worldwide is 14 days net. Invoicing is available only for companies, individuals should pay their order by card.
The invoice is in the currency Euro and includes details for the bank transfer (IBAN and SWIFT codes). Please note, that your bank may charge you a service fee for an international bank transfer.
If you wish to pick up your order at our showroom in Helsinki, you can also pay by cash or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, DinersClub and American Express). Please note, that the showroom is open by appointment only.
Once we have processed your order, you will be e-mailed an invoice for the order (unless you have chosen to pay by card). At this point we will also confirm the delivery time. You can still cancel the order if the delivery time does not match your needs. Usually the deliveries take 1 week from the time we receive your payment. Each product on our website states the estimated delivery time for that item. If your order contains items with different delivery times, the longest will apply.
Orders to Finland are mostly delivered as Posti Economy parcels, which you will collect from your nearest Post office. Orders to other countries are delivered directly to your shipping address as UPS Standard or Posti Priority parcels.
Magazine subscriptions and trend forecasts are delivered as standard shipments directly to your premises.
Subscriptions are paid in advance for one year or the mentioned amount of issues included, and the prices include shipping, also registered shipping is available for certain products. It is not possible to cancel your subscription once you have paid the invoice but it is possible to change the delivery address to another business or individual.
About 2-3 months before your subscription period is about to expire, we will send you a renewal invoice. By paying it, you will renew your subscription for one year. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you can fill out the cancellation form on our website (you will need to include the invoice number). You may also cancel a subscription by e-mail or phone.
According to Finnish law, magazine subscriptions and magazine single issues are subject to a discounted VAT rate.
Please note, that due to the informational nature of our products, all orders are binding. Only products with manufacturing flaws can be returned. If you receive a defected product, please contact us as soon as possible.
